The GM Series MCP series coating pan are sturdy in construction. A complete fabricated steel structure is provided. Equipment is suitable for mixing of conventionally produced, dry pharmaceutical tablets & substances. 

In Design and Manufacture, particular attention is given to achieving a cGMP compliant configuration and affording ease of cleaning.

The HCPL Fluid Bed System is an equipment to make a complete system tailored to meet your drying requirements.

 

During design and manufacture, particular attention is given to achieving a cGMP compliant configuration and affording ease of cleaning so that optional HCPL machines can be used. The inlet air-handling units and exhaust blower are installed outside the technical area.

The machine tower is in 2-bar pressure shock resistant execution.

 

The machine consists of the following main components;

·         Machine tower with inlet air plenum, product container and expansion chamber

/ filter housing.

Product Details:

The GM Series Multimill-DIRECT DRIVE , Model MM150General Description Consists of stainless steel 316L Rotor, fitted with blades knife/impact edge having half swing action and scrapper blades. Rotor assembly fitted on shaft with bearings. Other end of the shaft fitted with direct drive to achieve different speeds, by means of VFD arrangement and driven by electric motor. Charging hopper with slide plate arrangement to control material feed rate. Screen with hold plate is provided to get desired size of granules. Discharge hopper with necessary holding arrangement. DOL reversible starter to get clockwise / anti clockwise rotation. Drive unit supported on mild steel column with MS base plate fitted with castors wheels to achieve portability. Product contact parts manufactured from stainless steel 316. All MS exposed parts of the unit are Cladded with stainless steel 304.
